Hi {{firstName}} - I got a notice that your credit card didn't go through on your last order. Usually this happens because of an expiration date issue. You can go into your account and update your info. Once you've done that, I recommend sending a message to customer service to ask them to process your order. Let me know if you need any help!

To make a return, you'll need your order number. You can find this in your confirmation email or by logging in to your account and clicking on "orders".
Then you'll simply send an email to customer service and either request a refund or an exchange for a new product. The Support team will issue a return label for the items.

CBD reset instructions
Take a look at this link to determine if you might not be at your optimal dose. https://www.realchangewellness.com/aboutcbd/#dosing. If you feel like you may be taking more than you need, and therefore are missing your sweet spot, then a quick reset can be helpful. Simply stop taking your product for 3 days and then begin again at the low and slow recommendation you see on your tracker document. Take notes on that guide and titrate up every few days until you find that sweet spot. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for support along the way.
